Here’s our escape room FAQ Mississauga guests ask most, covering safety, bookings, and what to expect. Safety is very important to us, and we want everyone to have fun while feeling safe and comfortable.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your experience.

Our minimum age requirement is 14 or older. An adult must accompany anyone younger. Depending on the game and circumstances, we may make exceptions.

If something has come up and you cannot make your bookings, please let us know at least 24 hours before your booking. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before.

Submarine Deep Down: 3-8 Players

Zen Room: 2-8 Players

The Crypt: 2-6 Players

Zombie Bunker: 2-6 players

Trouble in Springfield: 3-6 players

 

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking. We may deduct time if you are 15 minutes late to your booking. If you are 30 minutes late, it will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

Our escape rooms The Crypt and Zombie Bunker, have darker or creepier themes, but they’re not meant to be scary like a haunted house, just an immersive atmosphere that adds to the fun.

You can add players if you would like to as long as you are under our limit of participants per room. If someone in your group can’t make it, you can still show up if you are a group of 2 or more.
